What's this all about
The Beginning
I whored out my tattooing "skills" for a portable video camera. As I cleaned the camera that night, I thought to myself "What the fuck am I going to do with a video camera?". Well, that started a snowball of connecting ideas and I arrived at; "I'm going to make a documentary about barracks tattooing".
What to Expect
Chingoneria. That means awesomeness for you paleface types. This film will shine a light into the awesome and little known world of Barracks Tattooing. A gnarly tradition that isn't exactly legal. We will document some of the tattooing in actual barracks rooms by dudes still serving as well as interview homies with barracks tattoos. I also hope to feature some professional tattooers that got their start in "The Bricks".
